About OneKapischBuilt in Germany

Founder-led.
One standard.

OneKapisch is a privacy-first software studio built in Germany, founded and led by Kapisch Bhardwaj. The product studio and the AI adoption practice share one founder and one standard: say exactly what the work does, and keep every claim inside its evidence.

One founder. Two practices.

The studio ships software people own. The practice helps organisations make AI part of how work gets done. Building one keeps the other honest.

The studio13 works

Software that feels owned.

Focused, privacy-first apps for macOS, iOS, Android, and the web. Each product keeps its own name, icon, and site. The studio is the publisher behind them: the trust layer, the support address, and the honest list.

AI adoption, tailored to each function.

Leadership teams bring the licences, pilots, and workshops. Kapisch turns them into role-specific workflows, measurable adoption, and internal capability, one function at a time.

The standard

Six rules guide every published OneKapisch product, and each one has a cost the studio accepts.

  1. 01Private by design

The default is your device, not our server.

  2. 02No unnecessary accounts

Sign‑up is a cost. We charge it only when it buys you something.

  3. 03No tracking as a business model

You are the customer. Full stop.

  4. 04One‑time ownership where sustainable

Buy it, keep it. Subscriptions only where they honestly fit.

  5. 05Native where it matters

Tools should feel like the platform they live on.

  6. 06Clear data boundaries

Published claims distinguish verified local behavior from online dependencies.

The standard, in practice

The rules only matter if something enforces them. These are the mechanisms, and they apply to client work as much as to the apps.

Lifecycle labels on everything

Every work carries its lifecycle stage, from released to beta to research, so nobody mistakes a promise for a product.

A claim registry

Product sentences are checked against a registry that blocks unverified marketing claims before they are published.

Data boundaries, written down

Product pages state verified local and online behavior where the evidence has been cleared. A missing boundary is never a promise.

Claim boundaries on client work

Enterprise results are published with their scope, and confidential context stays confidential. No borrowed scale.

Ownership is a relationship, and relationships run on trust.”
